About Dr. Rey Mojares

Rey M. Mojares, DPT 

President & Clinical Director

 

Dr. Rey Mojares attended San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda

University. While studying at Loma Linda, Dr. Mojares worked at an inpatient brain and spinal cord injury facility located at San Diego’s North County. He has interned and worked throughout Southern California’s finest Physical Therapy Facilities. These facilities include Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, Casa Colina Centers for

Rehabilitation, and various manual base Physical Therapy Facilities that focus on Sport Specific Rehabilitation. Dr. Mojares has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2001.

 

With over a decade of physical therapy application, Dr. Mojares utilizes a combination of manual therapy techniques, reinforced with practical exercise, stretching applications, and extensive patient education. Dr. Mojares is dedicated to the rehabilitation of each individual.  Dr. Mojares’s mantra is that, “The human body is made to move and we’ll keep you moving.”

Dr. Mojares’ family loves to spend time amid the beauty and endless outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys kayaking and outrigger canoe paddling, as well as camping, hiking and jogging.
